We try to keep our onboarding process as quick and painless as possible, but there are some important steps we need to go through for our safety and yours. Here’s how our process works:

1. Contact is made, either you reached out to us or we reached out to you.
2. After ensuring we would like to work together, we will send you a contract.
3. Once the contract is signed, and we are officially working together, you choose a theme for your site (we will send you our options).
4. We send you a questionaire so that we can get all the important details about your business.
5. We request any digital assets you have that you might like to feature on the site - things like a logo (N/A for branding clients), images and video.
6. We get to work building your project.
7. Initial delivery, deployment and revision - we’ll go through a couple iterations to make sure you are happy with the work delivered.
8. Project sign off - We’ll send you some documents to sign once your site is done.
9. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and updates - we keep your site up to spec with search engine rules, and update your info on an ad-hoc basis as you request.
